The surfaces of these baking sheets feature a unique design of raised circles, making them nonstick and resistant to surface abrasion. Each pan is made of heavy gauge carbon steel which provides exceptional heat distribution, which produces more evenly baked cookies. These baking sheets require no nonstick spray or parchment paper and measure 10 x 15 Inches.
Disposable Gloves
Disposable rubber gloves are wonderful when it comes time to mix ground meat with other ingredients before forming meatballs. Simply slip on a pair of gloves and dive into the meat without any worry of getting the ingredients on your hands! The added bonus of having some disposable gloves handy is that you will find plenty of other uses for them around the house as well.
Indoor Outdoor Meatball Griller
An indoor/outdoor meatball griller can be used on your outdoor or indoor grill or in your oven when placed on a pan (to catch the drips of grease). small holes exist on the bottoms of each meatball cup, allowing the grease to drip out while preserving the round shape of your meatballs. This type of griller holds 12 larger main course-sized meatballs.
Measuring Cups
When it comes to making seasoned meatballs as well as sauces, there will be the need for measuring a variety of ingredients into your ground meat, such as chopped onion, parsley, bread crumbs, milk, broth and more. A good set of measuring cups is highly valuable, and even better when you have the convenience of additional sizes, such as 1/8, 2/3 and 3/4 of a cup!
Measuring Spoons
When it comes to making meatballs, measuring spoons are a must; and just like measuring cups, it helps to have additional sizes, such as 1/2 of a tablespoon, 3/4 of a teaspoon, 1/8 of a tespoon and even small measurements such as a pinch or dash! Though you can certainly get by with the minimal basic teaspoon sizes, it makes cooking much easier with the additional sizes.
Meatball Grilling Basket
If you enjoy outdoor grilling, you can cook your meatballs over your outdoor barbecue grill with a convenient meatball grilling basket. Most meatball grilling baskets are made for grilling larger meatballs to be served with a meal (rather than smaller cocktail size meatballs). Grilling meatballs outdoors adds great barbecue flavor and reduces kitchen clean up while you enjoy the outdoors!
